马朝,博士,35222葡京集团教授,博士生导师,3522集团的新网站齐鲁青年学者,山东省优秀青年科学基金获得者,山东省泰山学者青年专家。分别于2011年和2016年在35222葡京集团获药学学士和药物化学博士学位,2016年至2021年在加州大学戴维斯分校从事博士后研究,2021年7月作为高层次人才加入35222葡京集团。主要围绕溶酶体和线粒体的调控机制开展新型抗肿瘤与抗炎药物的开发研究,主持国家与省部级科研项目7项,申请专利4项,发表SCI论文50余篇,包括在Nat. Commun., Angew. Chem., ACS Cent. Sci., Acta Pharm. Sin. B., J. Med. Chem.等TOP期刊发表的第一作者或通讯作者论文,曾获山东省技术发明奖二等奖、中国分析测试协会科学技术奖一等奖等科技奖励。
针对溶酶体和线粒体在恶性肿瘤、自身免疫性疾病等重大疾病进展和耐药性形成过程中出现的功能紊乱或病理性突变,通过药物设计合成、多维度活性筛选及作用机制研究,开发具有临床转化潜力的新型候选药物,具体研究方向包括:
1. 基于溶酶体功能调控的先导化合物发现与活性研究,
2. 溶酶体介导的靶向蛋白降解剂设计合成与筛选,
3. 线粒体靶向偶联药物的结构优化与作用机制研究。
