彭明 副研究员

基本情况:

彭明,博士,35222葡京集团副研究员,硕士研究生导师,天然药物化学专业,3522集团的新网站青年学者未来计划入选者。主要从事微生物活性天然药物生物合成及药物和靶标的结构生物学研究,以生物信息学、结构生物学、分子生物学、生物化学等为主要研究手段,揭示天然药物生物合成关键步骤的分子机制,实现药物合成工具酶理性开发。作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目、山东省自然科学基金青年基金项目、中国博士后科学基金面上项目等国家级和省部级课题。以(共同)第一/通讯作者的研究成果相继发表在Nature Microbiology、Nature Communications、JACS、ACS Catalysis等国际主流期刊。
