Lisanne Lambert-Stoop

Mother, Yoga Teacher & Artist

“We as woman need each other’s heartfelt wisdom, to gather comfort and inspiration from each other’s stories. To remember we are not alone even though our journey’s are completely unique”

Lisanne is a mother, yoga teacher and artist and has a background in fashion design. A dedicated student of life, she aims to never stop learning and has had the fortune to practice and study with great teachers from all over the world for which she is very grateful.

She likes to make things and work with her hands, she loves to sing and play different instruments, and thrives in the great outdoors, hiking, surfing, skiing… Her diverse interests have led her to connect with many different people, learn a wide variety of skills and opened her mind.  As a sensitive explorer of life she ventures not only into the outside world, but also into her inner world. By investigating the bliss and the grit of life first-hand, she is able to share from experience with others, be a guide on their journey and make them feel taken care off.

About four years ago her son arrived in her belly with the invitation to become a mother, and two years later her daughter took her even further along this path of transformation. Becoming a mother has been the most overwhelming and beautiful transition in her life thus far.

She feels that we as woman need each other’s heartfelt wisdom as it’s so important to connect in a truthful and honest way. To gather comfort and inspiration from each other’s stories. To remember we are not alone even though our journey’s are completely unique.

In times of turmoil her advice would be:

  • to remember to trust and then take the jump anyways
  • to connect with friends and family for support
  • to turn towards the fear and insecurity by meditating, to investigate where it is coming from and what is teaching you
  • to allow yourself to rest with the discomfort of the emotions, stretching your container to hold the space for emotional currents.

If she could tell her younger self something it would be: relax the comparison with others and fully trust the unfolding of your own life, let go and enjoy the ride.
