Day 3 – Building a fertile ground
In today’s practice, I’d like to guide you through a meditation where you will be connecting with all 5 of your bodies. During the meditation, you will be tuning in and experiencing which of your bodies needs to be nourished right now. You’ll learn which of your 5 bodies can use that extra bit of love, care, attention, and energy. Feel free to use the cheat sheet below for some inspiration.
As mentioned before, these guided meditations as well as the practices can be used over and over again. So go ahead and print it out and stick it on your fridge!
A GUIDED MEDITATION TO CONNECT WITH YOUR 5 BODIES
Note: You can use this meditation to create space as well as to nourish and build fertile ground in any of the 5 bodies. You can do so by simply changing the question and focus. For example, you can change the question:“How can I nourish myself and what part of me needs nourishment?” to “Where and how can I create space?”
