Day 2 – Creating Space

Today we will be doing a short practice that touches the physical body, but as you come to understand all of our 5 bodies are connected with each other. There are plenty of wonderful practices you can do in order to connect with a specific body, which in turn will affect all of the others as well.

Since our physical body is tangible and serves as the outer layer of all the other bodies, this practice is one of the most accessible practices that you can do.

A GENTLE MOVEMENT PRACTICE TO CREATE SPACE

After this practice, I’m inviting you to carry the space you’ve created with you throughout the day and throughout this journey.

Whenever you feel full, stuck, stagnant, insecure, fearful, worried, or heaviness in any of your bodies, try to come back to the feeling of space or re-do this practice.
