How to support you and your baby pre- and postnatal with Ayurveda
Pregnancy is the most sacred and transformative period a woman can go through in life. It is a period dominated by change and growth. Not only physically, but also emotionally. It is therefore of utmost importance that we take care of ourselves and our babies. We need extra rest, time to bond and feed ourselves (and our little one!) with nutritious organic foods. Yet once we have given birth we should keep this softness. Not only to restore, but also to connect with ourselves and babies in this precious 42 days period. Since Kim just gone through this journey herself and Ayurveda really helped her to stay in her seat she feels the urge to share this with all mothers (to be).

This workshop takes place on Sunday 21st April 2019 from 14.00 – 17.00 at the magical White Door Studio in Amsterdam.
