Motherheart Circle: Celebrating You

Saturday 29th August from 19.30 - 21.30

It’s time to step into our power and let our heart guide us. It’s time to finally and fully say yes to who we truly are! There’s no need to hide anymore.

How many times have you let your fear, your insecurities, your guilt or your shame controlled you or hold you back?

How many times have you thought you were not good, smart, bold, brave, beautiful enough?

How many times a day do you feel sad, fearful, guilty, ashamed or insecure because of something you do, think or feel?

This evening we’re going to unapologetically be ourselves. We’re going to look into and release all that is holding us back. The guilt we feel towards our children and our loved ones. The shame we carry with us when we do or feel something that doesn’t align with our external landscape. The never-ending to-do lists, household activities or dreams that we sometimes pursue without fulfillment – we have a tendency to look for all of it outside of us.

And we’re going to celebrate! We’re going to celebrate the mess, the shame, the guilt, the fear, the hate, the love, the rawness and the beauty. We’re going to celebrate all that motherhood has to bring. We’re going to celebrate our full selves, as we are!

What can you expect?

– A FUN evening in a save, loving space
– (Re-)connection with your amazing self and amazing women
